Video Saver App

DMCA Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Video Saver App respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners can report alleged infringement.

1. We Host No Content

Video Saver App is a tool that retrieves publicly available media directly from third-party platforms at the user’s request. We do not host, store, or cache any videos or copyrighted material on our servers.

Because we do not store content, there is generally nothing for us to remove. However, we take copyright seriously and will respond to valid notices.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that the service is being used to facilitate infringement of your copyrighted work, you may send a written notice that includes the following:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

• The specific URL or location of the material in question.

• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).

• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

• Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-Notice

If you believe content was wrongly identified, you may submit a counter-notice containing your contact information, identification of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to restrict access to users who repeatedly misuse the service to infringe copyright.

5. How to Contact Us

DMCA notices and counter-notices can be sent through the contact details provided on our website. We aim to respond to valid requests promptly.
