1. We Host No Content

Video Saver App is a tool that retrieves publicly available media directly from third-party platforms at the user’s request. We do not host, store, or cache any videos or copyrighted material on our servers.

Because we do not store content, there is generally nothing for us to remove. However, we take copyright seriously and will respond to valid notices.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that the service is being used to facilitate infringement of your copyrighted work, you may send a written notice that includes the following:

If you believe content was wrongly identified, you may submit a counter-notice containing your contact information, identification of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to restrict access to users who repeatedly misuse the service to infringe copyright.
